We’re excited to announce another milestone for iSON Xperiences in South Africa: the successful launch of our new Live Chat Line of Business (LOB) dedicated to our valued client, MultiChoice SA, at our Cape Town site.
This project marks a new era in how we support customer experience (CX) through digital platforms. With a team of 70 FTEs, we’re poised to deliver exceptional service and elevate CX to new heights for MultiChoice SA.
