The iSON Xperiences “Heroes Programme celebrates the success of people who beat the odds. We celebrate and reward the endeavour and courage of our iSON Xperiences Heroes. These are the people who excel against all the odds.
We call them our “Brave Heroes”. They do not see their disabilities as inability, and consistently show commitment and deliver quality work, becoming role models to others.
Girls Connect Program
Our “Girls Connect Programme” is changing lives. In partnership with Girl Effect, Girl Connect is a first of its kind innovative mobile platform, allowing girls to dial in and listen to stories about personal finance, violence, healthcare, education and other social issues.
They are able to express themselves anonymously. This programme supports girls growing up in challenging circumstances, affording them conversations without fear and free of judgement. The platform is amplified with access to a specially trained contact centre agent “role model”, that girls can talk to and have their pressing questions answered.
