Fostering Inclusion
We are happy to share the success of a recent inspirational visit by Arunima NGO, a dedicated organization for adults with Autism. This visit was part of our ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aiming to foster greater collaboration with Arunima NGO and explore opportunities for providing employment to specially-abled individuals.
The visit took place on February 22nd at our iSON Xperiences Dehradun site. Twelve specially-abled candidates, accompanied by the Arunima NGO team, graced us with their presence. The primary objectives of this initiative were to strengthen our CSR drive, collaborate on offering job opportunities, and support the NGO by purchasing merchandise crafted by their talented family members. This initiative aligns with our commitment to making a positive impact on the community.
During the visit, our team engaged in a comprehensive site tour, providing the guests with insights into our operations. A short induction session familiarized them with the ethos of iSON Xperiences. The most heartwarming moment of the day was when guests and our team shared lunch, fostering a sense of camaraderie and inclusivity.
This successful event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of our team members. Special thanks to Vishakha Chauhan for coordinating and facilitating the visit, Rajiv Dutta, Abhishek Mukherjee, Mukesh Tiwari and Akhileshwari Singh for their leadership and engagement throughout the event.
