This award was introduced by the CIPM to deepen the engagement with the labour market in order to promote best-in-class HR disability confident practices and to recognise HR professionals and organisations’ efforts on disability inclusion with a view to sustaining and driving the disability inclusion agenda in corporate and individual practices. iSON Xperiences in Nigeria was assessed in this category of impact hiring from low income or marginalized communities. Since inception, we hired a total of 295 employees from these communities, with an inclusion of approximately 35 special abled employees. - 2023 HR Inclusion Award: Individual Category Winner – Colin Enim
We are particularly excited to highlight the outstanding achievement of Colin Enim – Head of HR: West Africa.
